What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will be informed of any delays and will wait for you until your arrival. All at no extra charge.

How do I pay for transfers?
You can pay the driver at your destination in cash or by credit card.
Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes, but you must fill out a reservation for each route.
If I need something specific like booster seats, baby seats, golf bags, etc., how do I let you know?

Where do we stand with the driver? How will we recognize him?
