The Website offers an online purchasing service, which is a 24-hour, simple, and direct service with all the advantages of having a wide, up-to-date fleet catalog available from anywhere via an Internet connection.
Generalities
All prices are in Euros, and in accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the Website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is included in the price.
The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or has had payment problems with previous purchases.
User Obligations
Any User who makes a purchase through this Website declares that they are of legal age and, where applicable, have full capacity to use payment methods and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products. The User also declares that they fully and unreservedly accept all the terms and conditions of this Legal Notice.
The User may place one or more requests to purchase products or services offered through the Website.
Payment Methods and Security
In compliance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 of 27 November 2017 supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, Users making online payment transactions must do so using strong authentication. Depending on the chosen payment method and the economic value, with the exceptions provided for in the Directive, Users must provide a second identification factor before placing an order, such as a PIN code that the User will receive on their mobile phone and must enter to validate their purchase.
According to the PSD2 directive, strong authentication exists when at least two of the following elements are used for authentication:
- Knowledge (something only the User knows, for example, password, PIN code, login details, etc.)
- Possession (something only the User has, for example, a mobile phone where an SMS is sent to verify the transaction, email address, etc.)
- Inherence (something the User has, for example, the possibility of biometric verification, whether by fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.)
These elements are independent of each other. This means that a breach of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and the confidentiality of identification data is always protected.
For User convenience, we offer several payment methods:
Credit card.
- This payment method is immediate, completely secure, and verified by Stripe’s secure servers on the payment gateway. Credit card details will never be revealed.
- Accepted cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro, and MasterCard.
- Only secure credit cards will be accepted to prevent any potential risk or fraud. Secure cards are associated with security codes, and upon completion of payment, the payment is transferred to the bank’s payment gateway, where these codes must be entered. If you do not have a secure card for online payments, your bank must provide the necessary information and codes.

Right of withdrawal
In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, we inform you about the User’s right to withdraw.
4.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Owner (distance selling), the User shall enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in Article 103.
4.2 Information for consumers and users regarding the right of withdrawal.
a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
b) The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the date the contract is concluded.
c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). They may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
d) To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the corresponding deadline expires.
e) In the event of withdrawal by the User, the Owner will refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

4.4 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, in its article 103, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to (among others):
a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
l) The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food, or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts stipulate a specific date or period of execution.
In relation to this section, by placing an order, the User gives his or her prior express consent, with the knowledge and acceptance of the exceptions set forth herein. Consequently, in these cases, the User loses his or her right of withdrawal.
Cancellations and modifications
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled date, the User’s payment will be fully refunded. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Any changes will be free of charge to the User, but if the change is made within 24 hours, the User must contact the Owner via the contact telephone number provided.
Availability
The Owner undertakes not to make available to Users a vehicle that is unavailable, unless there is a computer error or any other unforeseen circumstance. In the event of such an unfortunate incident, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement.
Customer Service
Users will have access to a Customer Service department. They can use the contact form and receive a response as soon as possible (or call 602621857 during business hours).
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises between the consumer and the seller, they may opt for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, in accordance with national legislation.
In Spain, you can file your complaint with the Consumer Arbitration System, which is free and voluntary.
In the European Union, you can request free advice and assistance regarding cross-border complaints from the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net).
